Our Plant Operations employees are essential to keep the rental and field operations going. We have a large fleet of trucks and specialized equipment that is maintained primarily by our own Master and Heavy Equipment mechanics. We employ Delivery/Shop Assistants to maintain our non-mechanical fleet of traffic control equipment, service our rental customers and support our field operations. These positions are typically full-time permanent positions with a few seasonal positions available. Since GridLock likes to promote from within seasonal employees may have an opportunity to work into a full-time employment. Full-time employees enjoy great benefits including medical/dental/life insurance, employer matching 401k, paid holidays and vacations. All of our field operations employees are required to drive GridLock Traffic Systems vehicles so a current Motor Vehicle Record MUST be submitted with your application or resume. You can purchase a current MVR through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles website. A chauffeur’s license must be obtained prior to employment. CDL-A holders are encouraged to apply.
